Welcome to Life Cycles Counseling, a professional counseling practice serving the Katy and West Houston communities! We offer high-quality and affordable mental health counseling for Texas residents, working with individuals, couples and families seeking meaningful and lasting change. Are you struggling with life challenges or past issues? Marcel Gamboa, LPC-S has 22 years of experience as a therapist. He is EMDR trained and he has worked extensively with couples as a Gottman Level II trained therapist.

Finding the right psychotherapist can feel overwhelming, but we can work with you to find the right fit. Our experienced therapists support clients facing challenges such as trauma, marriage problems, depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem issues, life transitions and grief.

We also work with children age 10 years+ and teenagers who may be struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges, poor academic performance, school adjustment, bullying, poor sociable skills or confidence issues.

Two Convenient Locations

Our counseling center is conveniently located in Katy, with a second location on Highway 6 in West Houston. We offer therapy for pre-teens, teenagers and adults through both in-person sessions and via secure telehealth platform. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
